My coaching follows a clear structure:
1 — Assessment
We start with a detailed posture and mobility assessment to understand your structure and identify what your body actually needs. A report will be sent to you with all the findings of this assessment.
2 — Personalised Training Plan
You will receive a personalized program via my own app, including videos and coaching notes for all exercises.
3 — Weekly Reports
You will be emailed a weekly summary of your progression, and adjustments will be made if necessary, to help you achieve your goals, with the option to message me in-app.

I didn’t come into coaching with the perfect training background.
Like many people who love sport and training, I spent years doing what most gyms promote — bodybuilding-style workouts, pushing harder, adding more volume, and trying to force results.
At the same time I was practicing martial arts and other sports, and the way I was training in the gym simply didn’t support how my body needed to move and perform.
Over time, that approach started to catch up with me.
Recurring pain, limitations in movement, and the feeling that something in my training wasn’t working the way it should.
That’s when I started digging deeper into how the body actually works.
Instead of just focusing on muscles, I learned how to improve the way the body positions, moves, and produces force.
That changed everything.
Instead of just pushing harder, I started focusing on:
how the body is positioned
how force is produced and transferred
how breathing and ribcage position affect movement
how strength should support real movement, not just muscle fatigue
As I applied these ideas to my own training, things started to change.
My body stopped feeling like something I had to fight against. Old pains improved. I moved better, trained harder, and felt more athletic again.
That is now how I coach.
